KAMP is an association which represents the interests of all master level psychologists throughout Kansas. It is a nonprofit organization founded to promote parity, identity, and communication for psychologists in training or trained at the masters level in the professional, academic, governmental and consumer communities.
Why should I join?
Our goals include supporting independent practice legislation for masters level psychologists including 3rd party reimbursement issues that is crucial to our profession and for providing choice of services for mental health consumers all over Kansas. We employ a lobbyist to ensure the legislative interest of the master’s level practitioner is observed. We are certified by the Northamerican Association of Masters in Psychology NAMP website.
